Terms and Conditions and Guest Information

Welcome to Casa Andrea Sardegna. Our goal is to provide you with a place for perfect relaxation in Sardinia. To ensure fair conditions and a high standard of service for you and future guests, we have prepared this overview of rules that govern our relationship from the moment of booking until your departure.

These terms govern the relationship between the accommodation provider (hereinafter referred to as the “Host”) and the guest (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”).

2. How booking and payment work

At Casa Andrea, we value fairness. To guarantee your reservation and avoid blocking the date for others in our calendar, we operate on a deposit payment system:

1. Date Request: After submitting the form online, we will check the availability of the date and confirm the acceptance of your request.
2. Deposit for stay (50%): If the date is available, we will send you the payment details deposits of 50% of the price. To secure your reservation, please make the payment by bank transfer within 3 calendar days. After this deadline, the calendar will automatically open for other interested parties.
3. Binding reservation: The reservation becomes binding as soon as the deposit is credited to our account. We will keep you promptly informed about everything.
4. Remaining payment (50%): The remaining accommodation fee must be paid no later than 10 days before your arrival. We will send you the payment request in advance by email. For last-minute bookings (less than 10 days before arrival), the full amount is paid at once.
5. What's included: We want everything to be ready for you upon arrival. The price includes renting the entire apartment, utilities, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, parking, and final cleaning. The only extra charge may be the local tourist tax (Imposta di soggiorno), which is usually collected in cash for the municipality of Valledoria.

3. If your plans change (Cancellation policy)

We understand that life brings unexpected situations. On the other hand, late cancellation of a reservation often makes it impossible for us to find other guests for the blocked date. That’s why we’ve set the cancellation policy as follows:

• Cancellation more than 60 days in advance: We will refund you 100% deposit.
• Cancellation 30 to 59 days in advance: We will refund you 50% deposit.
• Cancellation less than 30 days in advance: The deposit is non-refundable and serves as compensation for blocking the date.

Please send us your cancellation by email at: booking@staging.casaandreasardegna.com. We will refund the money to your account within 14 days at the latest.
Our tip: For peace of mind, we recommend taking out travel insurance, which also covers cancellation costs in case of illness or injury.

4. Accommodation Rules – For Your Comfort

To make you feel at home while maintaining great relations with our Italian neighbors, we kindly ask you to respect the rules of our home. These primarily concern nighttime quiet, waste sorting (which is mandatory on the island), and safety.

By submitting your reservation, you agree to comply with our House Rules, where you will find all the important organizational details of your stay.

5. Your Rights and Security (GDPR)

Your data is safe with us. We process it only for the purpose of booking and fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., mandatory reporting of guests to Italian authorities via the system Alloggiati Web). We protect your privacy in accordance with GDPR. Full details on how we handle your data can be found in the section: Privacy Policy.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Accommodation Provider

Our commitment is to provide you with a clean, functional, and relaxing apartment. The host is not responsible for valuables left in the apartment or vehicles. In case of gross violation of house rules, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately without a refund (though we trust such a step will never be necessary).

7. Final Provisions

These conditions take effect valid and effective from February 1, 2026 and are valid until their new update is issued. Relationships not governed by these terms are subject to the Civil Code of the Slovak Republic. By submitting a reservation request, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
