Under Article 109 of the Italian Public Security Law (TULPS – Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza) we are required to report the details of all accommodated guests to the Italian state police within 24 hours of your arrival (Polizia di Stato) through the portal Alloggiati Web.
Legal basis: Fulfillment of legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

C. Tourist Tax and Accounting

Data processing is necessary for accounting (invoicing) and for calculating and remitting the local tourist tax (Imposta di soggiorno) municipality of Valledoria, if applicable.
