Booking and payment terms
Reservation and payment
- Binding reservation: To confirm your booking, please pay a deposit in the amount of 50% of the accommodation price.
- Remaining payment: The remaining 50% of the price must be paid no later than 10 days before the date check-in.
- Included in the price: Entire apartment, parking, AC, Wi-Fi, utilities, bed linen, and final cleaning.
Cancellation conditions
The refund of the deposit depends on the number of days before arrival:

We will refund 100%. -
30-59 days:
We will refund 50%. -
Less than 30 days:
The deposit is non-refundable.
