If you’re looking for authentic, genuine pizza that locals from all around come for, Sedini is the right place. This pizzeria in the heart of a stone village offers dough that ferments for hours and ingredients from local farmers. All of this in an atmosphere that exudes authentic Sardinian ambiance and hospitality, which you won’t find in typical tourist resorts.
Food tip:
Sit on the terrace and enjoy the view of the illuminated valley below. We recommend trying the pizza with Sardinian sausage (salsiccia sarda) or the version with fresh pecorino. It gets quite busy here on weekends, which only confirms the quality of their cuisine—if you plan to come in the evening, making a reservation ahead of time is definitely a good idea.

Pazza Idea focuses on freshness and tradition—whether you crave seafood or classic Sardinian specialties, you’re in for an authentic culinary experience in a cozy, family-friendly setting.
Food tip:
If you are looking for a taste symbol of the island, be sure to try their Gnocchetti Sardi (also called Malloreddus by the locals). These typical little pastas are prepared here in various variations – from the traditional version with thick tomato sauce and sausage to delicate combinations with seafood. They are delicate, honest and perfectly represent the flavors of our region.

Mornings in Valledoria don’t start in a rush but at the bar counter. Just step out of Casa Andrea onto Via Roma and let the aroma of freshly roasted coffee guide you to the nearest bar. Connecting with locals over a cup of strong espresso and a fluffy croissant is the best way to soak in the town’s authentic atmosphere before heading to the beach.

Našou absolútnou srdcovkou je Cornetto al pistacchio. Taliansky pistáciový krém je hustý, jemne slaný a v kombinácii s horkým espressom priam návykový. Ak chcete zažiť skutočnú Sardíniu, dajte si kávu „al banco“ (na stojáka pri bare) – je to rýchlejšie, lacnejšie a uvidíte ranný život Valledorie v jeho najčistejšej podobe.

If you want to taste the real Sardinia, Saturday mornings belong to the local farmers' market. It’s a colorful and fragrant world where farmers from the surrounding area gather to offer the best of their harvest. You’ll find everything from homemade cheeses and olives to fresh fish and fruit that ripened under the hot Sardinian sun.
Budget tip:
Look for stalls with the sign "Produzione Propria" (homemade production) – this is where you’ll find the most authentic products directly from farms. We recommend buying a piece of aged Pecorino Sardo cheese and homemade marinated olives – paired with fresh bread and a glass of wine on the terrace of Casa Andrea, it’s the perfect holiday ritual. The market ends around 1:00 PM, so we recommend arriving early while the selection is at its best.

For the best meat and local specialties, visit Macelleria Luca Cossu—it’s literally a 5-minute walk from our door. Ask for fresh "Salsiccia Sarda" sausage with fennel. Just sauté it, add tomato purée, and mix it into the typical Malloreddus pasta. Sprinkle with grated pecorino, and in a few minutes, you’ll have a dinner that any Sardinian grandmother would be proud of.

Cafe de Paris is our favorite spot for an afternoon snack Aperitivo. Order a refreshing local wine, the typical Sardinian liqueur Mirto di Sardegna, or Sardinian unfiltered beer Ichnusa. With your drink, you’ll also get a wide selection of small snacks (stuzzichini), such as local olives, cheeses, or pieces of focaccia.
